For more than twenty years, he has led numerous search assignments including executive and senior management, and C-level specialists. Since joining EMA Partners, Erkki’s focus has been in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Financial administration. Prior to joining EMA, Erkki worked in the motor trade industry for ten years, and held various managerial positions with a large automotive importer.
